  Product engineering on the open-source analytics platform, across the TypeScript front end and Clojure back end.

  • Shipped React Embedding SDK features — the collection browser, interactive questions, and static dashboards — with JWT and API-key auth flows.
  • Redesigned global search with new filters for open-source and enterprise customers, across TypeScript components and Clojure repository code.
  • Made dashboard filters auto-wire themselves to similar queries, with explanatory toasts and an undo.

  Founding Software Engineer

  2021–2023

  First engineer on a cross-system data-lineage and catalogue platform, building the product UI front to back.

  • Led the migration to Vue 3 + Vite, cutting build times 50%, with a Storybook-backed UI library.
  • Created an ANTLR-based search language for asset discovery, and shareable saved-search views for data engineers.
  • Cut asset impact-analysis load times 30% with Elasticsearch and Python threading, and open-sourced an Amundsen lineage connector.
